We, Stefanie and Christophe, accomodate you each day. We transformed the Plein Soleil, decided on what we propose to you. Of course, we adore to hear your compliments and congratulations, but we are also with your listening if you have suggestions or criticisms to be made us....

You practically never see them, but they are not less important:
Damien and Jean-Bernard officiate in kitchen.

The good working conditions and environment between us makes that we train a solid team. For you, who will come to satisfy or refresh you with the Plein Soleil, that with an importance.
No cordial service and of quality without good working conditions, not quality either in the total service without motivation of the personnel.

All the team was last winter already there (2005/2006), and will be again ready at the great complete next winter (2006/2007) to accomodate you and make you spend a good moment in your restaurant.
